Find the main color
Look for the color you notice first. That becomes the largest part of the palette. In Vintage Aviator Teddy it is dusty blue; in Little Rose Ranch it is dusty rose.
Give it a quiet companion
Ivory, pearl, or buttercream can keep a stronger color from taking over the room. A neutral also helps the printed paper stand out in photographs.
Add one deeper accent
Navy, berry, or lagoon blue gives the softer colors definition. Use it sparingly, repeating a little in ribbon or table details.
Treat percentages as a starting point
Each QDP collection includes a suggested color balance that adds to 100%. These are styling proportions, not a calculation of balloon quantities or a guaranteed match to a manufacturer’s color names.
Compare real samples
Screen colors, printed paper, and balloon finishes can look different. Compare physical samples together in the light of your event space before buying the full set. Share the palette with your balloon supplier and let them advise on the setup.
